Orders can be placed online at www.tastefulpresence.com 24
hours a day, seven days a week, or by phone during our business
on Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm ET. You can call us
at (703) 729-1778.
We offer deliveries throughout the continental United States
via UPS. Orders received on Monday thru Thursday will be shipped
within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday, the weekend or
on holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Corporate
accounts are also available.
At times we may find it necessary to substitute an item in our
gift baskets due to availability. We will always substitute
an item of equal or greater value when this occurs.
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your order
before it ships, please call us immediately at (703) 729-1778. The merchandise will be credited back
to your account. Once the order has been shipped, but not delivered,
you will only be charged for the shipping expense incurred.
If you need to return your gift basket please call us at (703) 729-1778 for instructions. We will happily
credit the original charge card used in payment for the retail
price of the basket, less a 20% restocking fee. You must notify
us within 7 days of receipt of your gift basket. Baskets must
be returned in their original unopened condition. Shipping
and delivery charges are not refundable except in the case
of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the recipient / buyer. Credit will not be issued until we
receive the return.
If an item in your gift basket is damaged during shipment, please
notify us immediately so that we may rectify the situation for
you. You must retain all packing materials for inspection by
the carrier. We will replace damaged items free of charge.
